Cute CD DVD Burner

Cute CD DVD Burner is a suite of CD and DVD burning tools. There are three main tasks that you can carry out with this suite of tools: burning, copying and ISO building and burning.

There is a main window that will create specific compilations for the type of task that you want to carry out.

The plain data burning mode is very simple. It opens a Windows Explorer-like window with your file system on the right and a blank compilation on the left. You can drag files from the right part of the window to the compilation. Although you can't just drag a file from your desktop into the Cute CD DVD Burner window. Also, the file system shown in the explorer doesn't include shortcuts to your desktop, documents, etc. You have to dig through your drive's contents to get to them. This is not a big deal, but it wastes some time.

The copying/cloning interface is very simple. It is a smaller window that allows you to make copies of your media using dual drives or a single drive. There are a few settings that can be modified, like burning speed, finalize disc, test write; and it can create bootable discs as well.

All in all, Cute CD DVD Burner is a nice copying/burning suite that has support for mostly all the tasks that you could think of, expect for DVD video support. It has a nice interface with a few minor problems and it is reasonably fast.
